The CPIW / M designation requirements include a minimum of:
- Two years of membership in NAIW
- Employment in the insurance industry for minimum of five years.
- Completion of one NAIW educational program
- Completion of a non-NAIW educational program/designation.
The DAE Designation includes:
- CPIM/W three year minimum
- Industry employment minimum of 5 years
- NAIW dues paid
- Educational requirements
- Active Participation on local, state or national basis
